US election: Americans find missing leader qualities

President Barack Obama
Passing by the houses hanging signs supporting candidate, I wonder what the American people living in the same thought as I did not, that only one more day this nation will have to leave behind di the last eight years of built up by hope, and how though results still must overcome the disappointment to continue walking.

Eight years ago, the next morning the day Barack Obama was elected US president, I walk through a university campus northeastern US, saw hundreds of young faces were beaming when living in a historic moment.
When the United States for the first time chose a black president, this country is not only beyond the brutal history of slavery itself, but also choose a new commitment by step, removing the heavy on the fate of millions of citizens non-white skin color.
I remember that day, in conversation with a number of foreign students and students new immigrants, we have to agree that with all the flaws that brought inside the United States, the country has truly proven its ability to molt by the most fundamental tools - citizens vote.
No other president of the United States forget this saying in all his inaugural address: "To serve you is my honor."
In an institution built from the government guidelines are servants of the people, this is almost certainly saying all politicians are right to heart.
But the American people and the American public servants understand that America is also very prevalent or failure will depend on whether the role of the Supreme servant leadership has truly been the federal government machine giant and complex or not.
And so, posture and quality of leadership is one of the prerequisites for the effective operation of the machine.
Whether through a presidential term, in the fall election four years later, America is no longer "lightheadedness on cloudy" about his choice, and President Obama himself admitted in his speech that the inauguration second complex reality than he thought when he set foot in the White House, the position of the leader is still the bright spot in the US political arena.
For the first time in decades, the US president is not involved in these scandals as an individual, do not push the economy to the crisis threshold (on the contrary, gradually revive the economy pushed down near the bottom 2008 as a result of the economic policies of the Bush presidency) and not incurring any corruption allegations.
Recently, when the 2016 election season slip into the whirlpool of the genre constantly from bad to alleged dirty, American political commentator David Brooks of the New York Times, one of the only writer ever criticized some policies of President Obama, has exclaimed: "Too many leaders and human qualities by which Obama has, that we sometimes regarded as obvious, this time to suddenly see lack and emptiness in American politics.
